LRPL Book Club: "The Color of Water" by James McBride In-Person
November's book club pick will be The Color of Water by James McBride. This powerful memoir follows James as he grows up a Black man adopted by a white, Jewish mother who chose to raise a large, biracial family in Brooklyn in the 1950's. Discussion will be held on Thursday, December 5th at 7:00 pm in the Lake Region Public Library's Community Room. Stop by and pick up a copy today!
